Question 1

What does the cleaning course include?

Accepted Answer

The course page shows the owner’s saved course description together with the available module and lesson previews, including the titles and descriptions that have been added. Those live course details are the source of truth for what is currently included.

Question 2

How much does the course cost?

Accepted Answer

See the current price in the Course access card on the course page. When checkout is available, the checkout amount is read from the saved course price rather than from static FAQ copy.

Question 3

How do I purchase the course?

Accepted Answer

Sign in when prompted, then choose Continue to checkout on the course page. You will be redirected to the platform-hosted payment page; payment is not completed on the course page itself.

Question 4

When does course access open?

Accepted Answer

Access opens only after the platform verifies the hosted checkout and matches it to the signed-in buyer. After successful verification, the confirmation flow links to the course lessons at /dashboard/course.

Question 5

What happens if verification is still pending or does not match?

Accepted Answer

No lesson content is revealed while verification is pending or cannot be matched. The return page retries briefly for pending verification and reports sign-in, mismatch, or error states with a path back to the course page.
